Unless otherwise stated in a written agreement, the following terms of service are in place for all clients:

Payment Terms: All payments are due 15 days upon issuing date of our invoice(s).
Interest Rates: Unpaid invoices are subject to an annual interest rate of 18.0% (1.5% monthly). We do offer financing options, although you must arrange payment options before the payment due date or the applicable interest rate will apply.
Non-Payment: All unpaid invoices that are overdue by 60 days will be referred to our collections agency and/or attorneys for collections. Clients will be responsible for paying all additional fees incurred in the collections process plus any applicable interest.
Quality of Service: Wired 2000 makes no guarantees or assurances to the quality of the clicks, leads, downloads, sales or other services provided herein. It is the client's responsibility to contact us, in writing, to suspend or terminate our service if the client is not satisfied with the quality. All services provided by Wired 2000 until we are contacted, in writing, are subject to payment in full and shall not be contested.
Jurisdiction: The appointed venue for any and all disputes shall be governed, construed and interpreted by, through and under the Laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Severability: If any provision of this list of terms or the application thereof shall, for any reason and to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, neither the remainder of this list of terms nor the application of the provision to other persons, entities or circumstances shall be affected thereby, but instead shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification: The client hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wired 2000 Corporation against any and all liability, claims, suits, losses, costs and legal fees caused by, arising out of, or resulting from any negligent act or omission of the client in the performance and/or failure to perform within the services provided including the negligent acts or omission of client or any direct or indirect employees of client.
